eSeva Academy Registration Process

eSeva Academy is an innovative learning platform created to improve the quality of education in India. A minimum requirement of these centers is necessary for approval.


eSeva Kendra has to follow the following steps to get certified as an eSeva Academy .

  • New Application (within eSeva Kendra) – Block/Municipality wise verification of e-Seva Academy will be done by State Nodal Officers on the basis of online registration by eSeva Mitra.

    New Application (Outside eSeva Kendra) – The State Nodal Officer will identify a well managed (as per eSeva Academy Criteria) and interested center who wants to become an eSeva Academy center but they have to first register as an eSeva Mitra then they will be able to register as an eSeva Academy centre.
  • 2. eSeva Mitra register their centre by filling online form, registration fees and upload signed affidavit. (Download Format)
  • 3. Registration Fee Rs. 3,500/- (Rupees three thousand only) (Rs 2966 + GST Rs. 534) which is non-refundable fee in any case and has to be paid through eSeva Wallet.
  • 4. After submission of the online form the State Nodal Officer will do a physical verification within 15 Days and they will report to the Head Office to get the eSeva Kendra certified under eSeva Academy.
  • 5. Based on the verification report by the State Nodal Officer, The eSeva Head Office will consider granting a provisional approval to the eSeva Mitra to get certified under eSeva Academy.
  • 6. During the process or Post Approval or time to time regular verification to be done by State Nodal Officers, If any eSeva Academy Mitra is found not to comply with the notified norms, it may be terminated with immediate effect or a time limit may be given for compliance.


Basic & Mandatory Requirements for eSeva Academy

  • 1) Minimum 500-1000 Sqft carpet area including Office, Classroom, Lab, Wash-Rooms etc.
  • 2) Reception Counter
  • 3) Administrator Cabin
  • 4) At Least One Computer Lab Room & One Classroom with Sitting Capacity of minimum 30 Students
  • 5) Minimum 10 desktop computers/Laptops with Webcam and Headphone
  • 6) One Printer & Scanner
  • 7) One Single Finger Biometric Device
  • 8) Preferred License Software for all Computers- Operating System
  • 9) Preferred License Software for all Computers – MS-OFFICE/ Open Office or Open Source Software
  • 10) At least one full-time and part-time lab/teaching staff
  • 11) Display Board of eSeva Academy
  • 12) Separate washroom facility for male and female trainees
  • 13) Safe/Clean drinking water facility
  • 14) Power Backup (UPS/Genset/Inverter etc.)
  • 15) Fire Fighting Equipment
  • 16) First Aid Kit/Box
  • 17) Internet Connectivity
